Looking for bright BULBS

I bought those rerally bright bulbs off of e-bay and come to find out it burned the hell out of my headlight harness after the seller said that they would not.I wiill get a new harness but I still want the bright headlight with bluish tint look. Does anybody have bulbs like this that will not burn my wires and where did you get them. Also how much thanks.

I got mine from here. You might want to consider an upgraded wiring harness if you haven't done so already. It is a snap to install.
