Need help getting air out of coolong system

Hey , I just changed the water pump, hoses, ect. Now I'm having a major problem getting air out of the system. The car over heats after awhile, and the upper radiator hose is real hot, while the lower one is cool. Please help!!

You can let the car idle with the rad cap off and the air should come out after 10 or 15 minutes if not try opening the release bolt on top of your intake manifold

There is a bleeder hole next to the pcv valve. Just unscrew the 10mm? nut and let the motor run until there are no more bubbles.

I read that elevating the front end of the car 14" or so will help alot.
