My Bose just shut down when I was backing out one morning. The lights come on and antenna work and I checked the fuses.
Anyone encounter this cituation?

Search for Bose radio. This topic has been covered extensively! Bose radios are notorious for dying. When you search, you should run across some threads that tell you of people who will rebuild/repair your bose system.

I recommend replacing everything. If you get a new head unit, you will have to get an adapter that will let it work with your bose speakers. The speakers are probably on their way out too. Good luck.
