What First: Rims or Lowered Car
#2
Are you considering doing a sport suspension, or jsut ricing it by cutting the springs? A 17" wheel will fit fine, jsut as long as you put on the right tire. If you put on a 17" wheel just don't get a tire with a huge sidewall, say 245 75 17.

i just recently did eibachs and i have 18's
it looks good but it rides pretty rough on the chicago streets. i think you want to go too low. but that is cool. i like slammed cars i just cant drive them here in the city with all the potholes. good luck man.
i personally always get rims first and then springs. that is just me. if you are more for performance, get the springs. first
