i have one but its not in perfect condition or anything, ive resprayed the black part with spray paint. i'll go take some pictures right now so you can decide if it meets your standards or not.
edit- its in a little bit rougher condition than i remember. there's some scuffs on the painted area (shown in the pictures). let me know what you think, i dont want much for it.

No thats actually expensive. I can find a grill in great condition for that price.
I just looked at my 97-99 grill and it's only 4x6x31 and weighs like 2.08 pounds wihout a box or packaging of course. The 95-96 grill is actually smaller isn't it? Why would someone pay $25 for shipping a $10 item?

Just throw a trash bag around it so the paint doesn't rub on the box. Then throw like a grocery bag on the bottom and top or a peice of bubble wrap so theres some cushion and make sure the grill cant move around in the box.
The main reason things get damged in shipping is when the item moves around inside the box.

i appreciate it. and i understand, i just had to refund once cause something was broken in the mail and i guess now maybe i over pack everything to play it safe.
i did get those flat rate boxes (both the larger and smaller ones) and they are awesome when i have something small enough to fit in them.
