Richporter Technology Mass Air Flow FS

Hoping someone would be interested in a Richporter Tech MAF sensor. I used it for a little over a week and put the OEM back on it and sold the car. Paid a little over a hundred for it but make me an offer if interested.

What is the benefit of using this? Do you need anything to tune it with? What kind of gains did you experience?
