rubbing noise when coming to a stop

i just notice that sometimes when i stop there is a rubbing sound coming from my right front tire, i looked underneath to see if i ran something over but i didnt, anyone have an idea what it could be?? also at times when i turn the wheel after backing up the right tire also makes a popping noise, i just hope its not that big of a problem to fix

Mine's been making the same noise lately, just when the car isn't quite warmed up yet, could either of the above descriptions (CV Joint or brake related) cause the problem that I'm having as well?
