I know that the size I want is 18 X 8.0 - 235/40/18. I am thinking I want some 6 or 7 spoke rims. Maybe a silver or hyper silver rim thats similar to the Enkei RS6 or Konig Verdicts. What I don't know is what tires to buy. I don't race my car so I don't need a performance tire. I just would like a quiet tire that sticks to the road pretty well, and I do not want to pay a ton of money. I would like it to perform in rain and maybe snow as well (but snow performance is not a must.) Can anyone give me some advice as to what tires I should look at and where what I am looking for from?

 

Sumitomo HTR+ 235/40R18 is $131 from the Tirerack. It's a quiet tire, is all season, and is cheap for a 18" performance tire.
