My max is a 95 GXE. My mom's vehicle was put in the shop, the rent-a-car people gave her an 02 Lancer ES, so i borrowed the emblems from it and superglued them on mine as "SE". just a cheap change in case anyone was interested.

p.s i test drove it too, we have no competition in that department, slow POS

1. "Borrowing" means you're going to put/give it back. We aren't stupid, so don't try to be cute by saying you "borrowed" the emblem.

2. If you have a GXE, why did you put on an SE emblem?

3. Of course the Lancer is slow. It's only 120 hp, what'd you expect?

Just keep it the way it is. Can you even order GXE emblems? I think the GLE is the only 4th gen. that says what trim it is.

A lancer is a little out of our class for comparison purposes The most expensive they come, the Oz edition (so sporty! hah...) is like, $16-17k.

Superglue? hehe...

 

99 SE's came with badges. But I think they were on the sides of the car and not the trunk area.
