If you're looking for Nissan part numbers for common parts, try here.

This link will allow you to search for common parts for most Nissan vehicles (Maxima included). Try it out, you can bypass the registration (e-mail and zip) by clicking "later"

You can search by your model year and look up different categories.

Sorry if it's been posted before, I did a search and it didn't come up so I decided to post.

The '88 sentra and 98 max uses the same fuel filter. Does every car (except the z) use the same fuel filter?

NickStam, you've got too much time on your hands

TurDz, thanks. I thought it was a pretty useful (and unknown) link so I thought I'd share it.

Pocket, I've been told you leaded a group purchase of 95-96 clear/red tailights. I'm looking for some for my 96 GLE. Can you assist somehow? Thanks....

Haha .. the red/clear GD! I remember that like it was yesterday

I did not make them (otherwise, I'd be more than happy to make up another set). Your options:

1) E-mail Greg at custommaxima.com and ask him if there's been any update to the 95-96 red/clear tails he mentioned.

2) E-mail DavidL, he's the guy who made the sets for the GD. THe only e-mail address I have for him is davidl7@earthlink.net but I remember he has a yahoo e-mail now (I think)

The actual part numbers available seem limited. I tried looking for the front strut bearings, and they didn't have anything listed. It seems like they only have the major parts listed.

Here's a site I like better:
http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...cfm?siteid=840

You can search by model, or part number (make sure to remove dashes if you search by part number)
It even shows illustrations so if you don't know the proper name it'll show it too you. Click the "View Illustration" button.
