SUVLIGHTS.COM upgrade wire harness makes a clicking noise?

I bought an upgrade wire harness from SUVLIGHTS.COM and it seems like i installed it correctly. Everytime I turn on my headlights i hear this clicking noise. Is this normal? Also after my lights have been on for a while (few minutes) and i check under my hood and touch the harness relays and wires from the wire harness it feels hotter then other parts of my engine compartment.. is this also normal? Sorry about this but one more question. The part from of the harness where u connect your old wire harness to it it seems to be loose b/c if i wiggle those wires just a lil bit sometimes my headlights will go out anybody else experience this from an suvlights.com upgrade wire harness?

well i can tell you that the clicking is normal, its just the relay turning on. as far as the heat, i think thats normal too b/c u got alot of power going thru that thing. now as far as the light turning on and off that i dont know maybe try to adjust some stuff in the harness

Yes the clicking noise is normal. It's just the relay. I've never really noticed it feeling warmer maybe it's psychological. And as far as the plug that connects to the stock harness you probably won't be able to make it fit better but you could just use electrical tape and make it a bit more secure.

thanks for the replies. I was thinking of using electrical tape to secure it more but wanted to make sure this was normal. I guess from your response the "looseness" is normal so I'll just secure it w/ some tape

The clicking sound is most likely a relay. That is normal
