anybody had SC belt alignment probs?
The car started up and sounds real good thanks to ptatohed and a few other people
but within a few minutes the belt was out of alignment almost like the upper pulley on the mounting plate is forcing the belt to not line up with the alternator and a few of the ribs are starting to crawl off.
i only drove it from one driveway to my other one.
i searched and didn't find much.
Please help with any ideas or fixes.
thanks in advance....i really love the max even more.!

Well thanks for answering guys,i really do appreciate it!
the deal is that everything is aligned except the alternator, just slightly off.a rib or 2 is riding off the edge.
i must have taken that F###### supercharger of 4 times since the beginning of the install.
If i have to,i guess i will throw some washers on there to align it right.
I did take her for a couple blasts down a straight away and it has a V8 sound when she kicks in.
automatic though,no exhaust tweaks yet.
but much more powerful no doubt!
3.33 pulley must be the culprit like you said.
theres also another plug thats disconnected underneath where the maf was originally(ptatohed helped me with the main plug<thanks>)
there's also a hole on the bottom of the elbow that goes into the throttle body that's letting lots of boost out!
I taped it for now until i figure out wtf it is or what goes to it.
Thanks again guys

o.k. thanks very much i will give it a shot.
by the way i got autolite 1 step colder plugs in yesterday gapped at .040(i know not many people recommend autolites)but the ngk's were worn to little sharp point and the shop didn't have enough ngk's in stock.
the car seems to run much much better now besides the alternator crap.
Thanks
