buzzing sound when I turn on my ignition
buzzing sound when I turn on my ignition
Arrite when I turn the ignition on to start the car there is a buzzing sound that seems to come from behind the steering wheel speedometer area. This sound doesnt come on on the "ACC" position but only comes on the "on" position (when the oil battery and seatbelt lights etc are on) and goes away when the car is started.
Any ideas input would be appreciated.
Thanx

By any chance do you have a remote starter on your car? If so, mine used to do that, until I took it out. The sound I was hearing was a relay that was installed.

Its probably you're ABS system turning on. The ignition and fuel systems are also activated during this time as well although the car is not running. Its probably one of those.
