My car smokes under wide open throttle.

I have noticed lately when ever I floor the car rapping out the gears my exhaust spits out smoke. It is only under aggressive driving and never when I drive normally. The car doesn't seem to have lost any power, but I am quite curious as to what is causing this. I know the smoke isn't black. It's either gray or white and is mostly noticeable at night when a car is right behind me trying to keep up. It is more noticeable then because their headlights are on and I can actually see it. I know what your thinking, just drive normal and you won't have a smoke problem. But, I haven't spent all this money on mods to drive like a grandma! I want to know why my car is doing this and if anyone else has this problem? Could it be worn valve seals? My car has 165,000 miles on it (which probably has something to do with it). Thanks.

You mean blue... Black smoke is unburned fuel. Blue smoke is burned oil.
