Hey there!

Last night I unwrapped my car's spinal cord over the engine bay
and followed my MAFS wiring right into the ECM...There are three wires:

black, white and red.

The black and white wire were both enclosed in a larger shell,
and that shell had more wire in it (to insulate?).

Question: If that insulating wire is cut, do bad things happen?

ANY MAFS WIRING TIPS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

By insulating wire do you mean extra insulation around the wire? If so then nothing should happen if you strip it off (as long as no wires are bare).
