Need O2 senor!!!!!!!

Need O2 senor!!!!!!!
My car die on me today. While I was driving locally(luckly not on freeway). I was going about 45mph then just dropped all the way to zero. I took the car to Auto Zone and they did a test and told me is the O2 sensor. Question when he was looking up the part for me it has front or back sensor. Which I do I need and there is Universal$69.99 and OE $74.99. I told him I want the OE one, is there a difference? And when he did the Test it said the "Bank 1 or 1 sensor circuit malfunction" I hope is the back sensor is bad because that's the one I order.
P.s anyone with instruction on how to replace the O2 sensor??
