Wiper fluid motor help

My wiper fluid just started dribbling out instead of squirting out. It doesn't have enough pressure behind it to even hit the windshield! I have a 99 SE with 80K miles. My Hayes Repair Maunal doesn't even mention a wiper fluid pump...where is it? Is it difficult to replace yourself? What's the part #? Is it expensive? Could there be something else wrong? Thanks for your help!

Make sure your lines aren't plugged up by gunk or anything like that which can reduce the fluid pressure substantially. It happened on a friend of mine's car and he had to take it in to have it cleaned out.

Good luck...
