the brake pads i have dont match the ones i am trying to replace.. the little clippy thing at the tip of one is on the wrong side of the new brake pads. i have 3 2f21's and 1 sf31. anybody else run across this?

 

I'm not sure if this is the same thing, but I remember reading about a change in break pad design lately. People were reporting that a tab or cut out, I can't remember, that was on their old pad, was no longer there, and someone in the know confirmed.
