I not a moderator, and i didnt read the post. Im guessing they prolly locked it because it was a OT question which you could search for and get a detailed answer in under 5 mins. There have been many posts about knock sensors, try searching!

I locked that thread because I didnt feel like telling you to search. Everything about knock sensors has been discussed literally every day for the last 2 or 3 months at least.
