I saw a few Maximas with the GTR emblem on the front and it looks pretty cool. How do you take off the nissan emblem and replace it with the GTR emblem? I'm thinking about it for my Max.

 

take a piece of dental floss and saw the old nissan emblem off, then if u have a heat gun use it if there is glue left over on the car then, ah u know what to do after that. if no heat gun just use some wax or somthing.

It's cool becuase I think it was different. Most people would place it on the back instead.

 

Ummm, I saw a Geo Storm by my brother's high school with a GTR emblem on the side......

 

For the front you have to snap it off from the grill. There will be 2 holes left from this procedure. The GTR badge doesn't cover it up that well. You will still see the 2 holes on the side of the emblem.
As for the rear..no holes at all.

I have one on my hood it is centered above the Nissan emblem on the grill about 1 inch on the hood it is on enough angled where you can see it when I come at you it is not standing up mind you,but it is on the downward curve of the hood and on my trunk it looks like this centered on the trunk I cut the I,M,A off to spell Max and everything else is shaved but the keyhole.

I know,I know flame me I have been before but I like it and that is all that matters. Like VIC said don't take the Nissan emblem off of the front grill leave it,the holes will look tacky unless you fill them,also the grill is contoured/made for the shape of the Nissan emblem and taking it off to put the GTR will be off from the plan.
