I bought my '96 SE a couple months ago, and just found enough time to go install the oem fog lights, but found the plastic piece w/the hole for the screw is broken off. There's also about 1/2 cm of plastic missing so it doesn't align properly. What would be the best way to fix this and get the hole to align properly w/where the screw goes?

On a side note, my other fog light is rusted all over the inside. Is there a way to clean this off, or should I just not deal w/the hassle and throw em both out?
