Apex WS rattling....

Any remedy for this problem? Through every little bump I can hear the exhaust bouncing around in the back.

I had this same problem. Go around to the back of you car and look along the passenger side of the muffler. You will notice the metal hanger is very close to the mounted part of the tow loop. If you press upward on the muffler, you'll notice they touch.

What I did is took a piece of 5/8 heater hose tubing (left over from installing my intake) and cut a line down the middle of it long ways. I then hotdog bunned it around the metal hanger on the muffler with the open end facing away from the tow loop. I then took three zip ties and tightened it down. The rubbery hose should keep from sliding if the zip ties are nice and tight. I cut the ends of the zip ties and viola! No more banging.

other thing to do is to replace the rubber hangars for the exhaust that would help too

b4 you replace all the rubber exhaust hangars, you can just buy another one, preferrably a flat one and Zip tie it to the tow loop so the ratling stops.

How about remove the bolts that hold that tow loop on.............really.......what are you going to need that for?

I took mine off......keep it in the trunk.

Great answer, when I got my WS installed the installer guy told about that and asked me if he can remove it. I said sure since those things are only used when the car is getting shipped Japan to tie it down...
