RedMax,
I did a thread on this on a different site, and everyone said that, and I quote,"Every little bit helps"
I talked w/ the guys down at Courtesy Nissan, whom sell this too, and they said that it does help if your old bushings are going. It does firm it up a bit in the front.

TIP: You must take both sides off in order to lift the bar up. Otherwise you'll be working against the force of the sway bar!

FSB frame bushings here are some pointers from an install. Some of
this has been posted before but I didn't find it all in one place.
1.Do the endlink and frame bushings at the same time.
2.You need a 14mm socket to get all bolts off.
3.You can do each side one at a time or both at once. I found it to
be fairly easy to move the swaybar with only one side jacked up but
it would certainly be easier with both sides up.
4.Make sure you have solid jackstands in place and then use your
floor jack to lift the lower control arm a bit as you are loosening
the nuts. This will help keep the stress off of the nut as the
control arm is trying to drop when you loosen the endlink nuts.
5.Use a quality grease that is water resistant and grease the inside
of all bushings. I also greased the bar slightly after cleaning it
to make it easier to slide the bushings down. I don't know if this
is really necessary but it sure was easy to slide the bushing into
place.
6. Once everything is in place you can tighetn down the bolts. What
I didnt' figure out was how to follow the FSM recommendation that the
suspension be fully laden when tightening nuts over rubber parts. I
ended up tightening while the front was still jacked up.
7. The torque specs are:
Endlink bushing nuts: 12-16 ft/lbs.
FSM frame bushings : 36-43 ft/lbs.
Cheers,
JK

Note of refrence: Nissan is subsequently the only place you can get the end link from, no aftermarket companies make them ie: no Auto Zone or Napa.
As far as the bushings, i have energy suspension bushings on my endlink top and bottom and the sway bar . The steering is tighter/ more responsive at higher speeds compared to factory.
Besides, they were a total of 20 bucks?!?? why not.... its not like its serious cash...
Good luck
