Did someone shoot your radiator after you whooped them?

Try to get one from a Junkyard....... at least it would be O.E.

I dunno how much a factory would cost.... I bet an arm and a leg

Pretty much, you can put it that way...hahahaha

I am looking for at least a 2 channel radiator...OEM are single channel which doesn't cool off the engine fast enough for me

The Stock radiator is a Calsonic, well at least in my car. But IMHO Calsonic is a great company, and if possible get another.
Look up the Calsonic Skyline... *drools*

I couldn't find any radiators from Fluidyne for Maxima. I purchased a 2 row radiator from www.performanceradiators.com. I was looking for a 3 row aluminum but no one seem to have it and they had a 2 row copper/brass which should do much better than a 1 row cause it cools it down better. I'm also getting the Stillen oil cooler, gotta make sure the engine is cool at high RPMs. Thanks for all your help. You guys can check out www.performanceradiators.com for the radiator. Mine came out to $177.00 which included 2 day UPS ground shipping.

Once I receive it, I'll post it up on this thread to let you guys know how it is.

Eh, well i got a '97 SE and it came with a Calsonic radiator... so yeah... they prolly do. I wouldnt even be suprised if his stock radiator was Calsonic. Nissan doesnt skimp you on cheap parts like Honda...

Stock radiator is Calsonic, but it's only 1 row which doesn't dissapate heat fast enough. Calsonic makes good stuff but only if stock was a 2 or 3 row radiator, then it would dissappate heat fast enough for the 3.0 liter engine in the Maxima.

What are you doing that it seems your car is not getting cool enough fast enough?

Pretty much nothing. I just rev a lot of high RPMs and high speeds. Besides, it's better for the car if it runs at a lower temperature. Just trying to get the motor to live longer that's all. Since I have a busted radiator already, might as well switch it out with a good one so the motor can last longer.
