It might be the heat shield to your cat. If that's the case, just remove it. It also might be a loose O2 sensor right after the cat. Good luck!

I had a similiar problem with a exhaust hanger, it came a little loose and was hitting the heat sheild. Just had to adjust it a bit, total cost $0.00

Love your rims man! Don't see too many folks with RSEs.

The heat shield on my cat just fell right off.
Didn't make any noise til I ran over it.
But I had rattling/knocking noise over bumps.
Turns out two of the hangers had rusted off.
The garage across the street from work did a temp fix with wire
and then a real fix a bit later.
I think it cost about $65 to get it done.
(and my dealer said I'd need to replace the whole exhaust system - the good-fer-nothing-bums).

Redmax - with a 95, it's a good bet you have some hangers rusted out.
Try to get underneath and give the exhaust a shake, see what happens.
(wear work gloves or be sure it's cool).
Or find a friendly garage and ask if you can just put it on the lift for a quick check...

let us know what happens.
