How slow is Budget with E-mail replies?

How slow is Budget with E-mail replies?
I e-mailed them a couple days ago, and have yet to hear any reply. I'm just wondering if I should stop waiting and call them, or just wait patiently because they are usually quicker than this.

Which address are you using?
I emailed them my order on Friday, Got a reply Monday asking for my credit card cetails by phone - I called them and my Y Pipe shipped yesterday.
I used the mufflers@motorvate.ca email address

the mufflers email is generally for ordering use only. i would advise you to call budget, they usually answer phones, but email can take days at a time, their not the best with that, but their customer service in general is rather good

When I ordered my Y-pipe, I never received a confirmation e-mail. I had to call to confirm the sending of my piece. I have found that if you need information, place a call. They can avoid an e-mail but would have problems not answering the phone.

I e-mailed them and never got a response. I then learned that the address was incorrect. After that, the response time on the e-mail was excellent. 6 days later I received my pipe in great condition. My only minor complaint was that I had to ask for the tracking number. Other than that...good service.

I'm kind of suprised to hear you say it took that long. When I was ordering my Y-Pipe, I exchanged about 3 emails in one day with Jody. I ordered the Y-Pipe that same day.
