Throttle Body Cleaning Intervals

I've searched and read the threads on throttle body cleaning. How often do you guys recommend this be done? When you did it, was there a noticeable difference? I appreciate the input.

did i tell you i used to date your sister.. WhenWhere...

FYI: there is no timed intervals.. you just have to start cleaning it when the idle starts dropping

Most people dont do the first one for like 50 - 80k miles anyhow. I mean anything after that is really just a quick spruce up. I do mine anytime I remove the airfilter or what not.
