Boggs at around 83MPH

Boggs at around 83MPH

At the tracks I notice that my car kinda pauses/boggs at like 83MPH when I'm racing. I have OD off shifting from 1->2->D....anyone have any idea????

Yea mine does that too car just doesn't pull very hard after third. I just assumed its normal.
