Deformed Place Racing CAI Question

I just got a PR CAI in the mail and it looks like the lower tube is a little bent with some stress marks on it. Is this usual for these pipes? The pipe is 3" on both ends but I gues while they were twisting it, it left some stress marks on the tubing and they just painted over it. Anyone have a similar problem? Should I send it back? Advice please. Thanks.

i think you should just make a hybrid intake with it...i have mine set up CAI for a while and switched to hybrid...it felt different throughout the RPM range...a good different that is...
