ok...after long investigation on my 96 max with 62,000

i have been having trble starting the car

suggestions were to check ecu...alternator..battery...throttle

i have brought it to mechanics..all check ok...

was about to bring it to nissian because the mechanic felt the computer was shot...but i called nissian and they told me that the computer was $855.......so i had to investigate more before i spent that money

so to sum up my story a fuse was bad....

the fuse label is start ign.....its 7.5 fuse on the right column

i changed the fuse out and i have no more trble starting the car

so anyone having trble with starting your car...check that fuse

i used to have to hold the gas down and try a few times before the car would start...now my remote start works again and everything...perfect for the winter
