Now that we finally have cooler weather here in Florida, I went back to the track to see if I could better my times.

The temperature was probably in the low 60's with the humidity somewhere in the 50's. I decided to remove the foglight for the first run to see if the extra air going into the CAI would help . My previous best was 15.13 @92.4, last October. My first two runs looked like this:

RT - .666
60' - 2.26
1/8 - 9.65 @ 73.98
1/4 - 14.90 @ 93.39

RT - .879
60' - 2.28
1/8 - 9.68 @ 74.15
1/4 - 14.92 @ 93.49

On the third run I thought I blew my clutch because all it would do was rev after my launch in first and I smelled CLUTCH!
So, I decided to let her rest for a while and I also put back the foglight for one last run.

RT - .682
60' - 2.23
1/8 - 9.53 @ 74.99
1/4 - 14.73 @ 94.1

I was ecstatic to say the least! Shifts were done at redline in first, 6K in second...no power-shifting.
