I am running out of cosmetic upgrades to do for my Max, and just learned of something called an SMX Grille. Does anyone know any websites, or companies I can order one from? and about how much it costs. Also, how easy is it to install? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

 

stillen makes this smx grille that you are talking about. i dont' know the cost but i am definately intersted in purchasing it as well. try doing a search under this topic to find out more info. look at http://www.stillen.com to see if you can find the grille. makes the front look pretty mean. hit me back if you find out any info. .

Stillen is only the company that makes the SMX grill. It does make your Maxima look a bit better. However, some people said that with the SMX grill, it also make your car look like a Pontiac. Oh well, I'm happy with mine.

 

I have the SMX grille and i love it. I get lots of compliments about it. Its not a direct fit but it will work with a little bit of flexing. Look at my signature pic and you will see it. Paid $115 with shipping from Stillen. $25 to have painted at a local body shop.

...and it was $225. If these are the same thing, how did you get it for $115?

 

225 is just their advertising price. Got rice and avalon sell them for about 125-130 shipped. I got mine not that long ago. I personally think my front look more agreesive, but it really looks like pontiac with shaved emblem. hehe. It's upto personal taste i guess. But i like it.
