Got some time...clean that throttle body
So as I sit here...trying to decide what to do with my two weeks vacation from work that starts tomorrow. I realize how I have nothing planned, and am so bored right now. So I go hunting on the ole forums here trying to find something to do. Aha throttle body cleaning, so I take the next 30 mins and clean my throttle boy. I would like to say it makes a nice difference in throttle response, or at least it seems. Also I had that goofy problem of the idle jumping up and down sometimes. That has since stopped as well. So if your sitting around, and looking for something to do I recommend you do this its cheap as crap, fills up some time, and makes your car run better cant beat it.

I have no idea. If it happens again...I'm thinking a coil is funking up I have a 99 sel...prone to coil problems I so hear. Plus my car still feels kinda week, not like before. So either I have coils going bad, a knock sensor going out..or...my clutch is really slipping worse than I thought.

300zx has twice the size of element than the maxima, therefore it lasts twice as long....it fits in the mounting bracket with very little work....
