Clutch Chatter when car is cold. ..
#1
At least I think it is chatter, anyways. . .
When my car is cold and I accelerate fairly rapidly, not full on acceleration but at a picked up pace, the car will sometimes just shake very violently as I let the clutch out. . . This only happens when the car is cold though (And I don't normally do this, only when I have to merge onto a highway or busy street and cars come at a rapid pace). When it warms up it is fine. This concerns me only because it didn't used to do this. The flywheel had to be replaced when the clutch was last replaced (about a year ago) because it was warped pretty badly, we think that the dealer who had replaced it before hand didn't turn it correctly because the clutch had only been in the car 1 year before it faied a second time with the dead flywheel. Should I be concerned?

I also experience some clutch chatter, and I only have 20,000 miles. Mine does it only when cold, and under medium launches. I have noticed it since my car was new.
Maybe it's just some funny thing with the stock clutch. It seems to be one of the weakest links in the transmission.
