need help diagnosing ABS problem light.

I recently got a flat tire, and my abds light went on. So I figure, this is gonna happen, ABS doesn't know whats going on. 2 days later light is still on, so I go to find out what codes its gonna spit out at me. What I find is that after about trying to pull codes 15 times the light simply "stays on" while spitting out codes...according to Chilton this means one of 5 things:

1. Control unit power supply circuit.
2. Warning lamp bulb circuit.
3. Control Unit or control unit connector
4. Solenoid valve relay stuck.
5. Power supply for solenoid valve relay coil.

Ok, none of these mean a DAMN thing to me, I am more then sure I pulled codes correctly, I drove the car for a minute over 20 mph. then I set up the harness for code pulling, switched the car out of ignition, grounded the wire, turned the ignition back on and low behold the continuously lit light. Can anyone tell me how I can further diagnose this problem? the book has like 3 pages for 6 years of ABS, which i think is not enough information. Any help is appreciated. -Ross
