cold start

cold start

I owned my 97 SE for 3 years and never had a problem with cold starts.This year when i go to start it in the morning it takes 4 or 5 times and sometimes i have to push the gas pedal in a little to get it to start.I put on a new fuel filter and put in some lucas injector cleaner with no help.any suggestions??

You should really use the "search function" before posting. Look for my post about a page or two back here in the 4th gen forum. It has everything youll need to help you solve your problem.

I have the same problem, I just think its a cold weather issue.

OH and yeah, do the search on the threads, I've tried everything out there.

Cold weasther issue with the starter doing its deal. Couple different posts on this and somebody did a write up on how they tore down their starter and regreased it,
