Sometimes when they are repaving the road, they grove it to remove the old black top...

I've noticed that sometimes it'd difficult to determine whether the wind is blowing or not. You can say "look at the trees", but when you're in an open area where there are no trees, you can't tell, and most likely, that's where the wind will be blowing hardest. I've noticed a modest gust will be felt in the steering wheel and will shift the entire body of the car at speeds in excess of 60mph.

Are you sure your rims are correctly seated on the posts, tires on the rims? Maybe shifting while driving? That or maybe wind from other cars when you pass them going 30 mph faster than them(happens to me all the time )

Could be one of about 10 different things. Go to an frame/unibody straightning shop that does alignment and ask them what is wrong. Notice I didn't say alignment shop. Most of those shops don't know WTF they are doing anyway

Both mine and my mom's maximas have touring style tires on them, and since we have had those, I have noticed quite a bit of sway in the car. It shouldnt be anything to be worried about, but if you are still using stock wheels, or bit fat tires like that, it is a common problem with high quality tires.

It could be the result of a wide/low profile tire following the grooves in the road. What tires are you running?

I think they're Michelin Energy MXV4 Plus - P205/65R15

“What’s wrong with that spot over there?”
