HELP PLEASE... Fan assembly

I did my alternator recall at a Nissan dealership about 2 weeks ago... a week ago I notice a weird noise from the engine bay... near the 2 fans... that spins... i was gonna go THURSDAY... tomorrow to have them check it out... cuz they did somethin' wrong.. and indeed they did... I was driving to my friends house and i heard a THUMP when i made a turn.. and my battery light and brake lights turned on... so i pulled over and picked up the fan assemblies that made the THUMP sound... it was the smaller one close to the alternator... it was extremely hot... so i picked up it and drove home so max can be safe... so since i could have drove home.. i live 20 mins away from dealership that did my recall.. is the max drivable up there in 20 mins being fine?

I don't know exactly what it is.. but i think it's one of the fan assemblies.. it's the smaller one.. closest to the alternator..

what should i do??

Are you saying that one of the electric fans fell off?
Are your lights still on?
You got all belts?

You idler pully came off. The belt that runs the alternator is now off as well.

You can probably drive 20 min like that. Don't use any accessories and have the dealer fix it. Sounds like they forgot to tighten something up.
