pulsating lights on my '96 se
The lights (head lights, interior, dash)on my '96 SE will pulsate from time to time, but it usually occurs when I first start the car. The altenator was replace 2 years ago and the battery is only 1 year old. What would cause the lights to slowly flash brighter and softer?
