On Ebay I have seen many of those performance chips sell anywhere from 1$ to 20$, which says it ads up to 20hp. So I went ahead and ordered one of the cheaper ones, just to see what it looks like. When I got it it was just a simple resistor! Instructions says plug into the IAT. Also it said it works by advance timing or some bs like that. Well, I'm very sceptical about this, anyone tried it? As I understand it works by fooling your ECU and telling the temp of incoming air is cold and it makes better fuel mixuture? Couldn't that harm your engine? Please feel free to post your opinions or experiences. Thanks.

You know. It was his first post I think. Instead of being a ***** and posting a link to the search you could have said that the search is available here. I think this is not the first post I saw from you that had a misleading link like that. I would think if you don't have anything good to add then why bother posting. Give the newbie a break. You were a newbie some time and at that time if some ***** had done that to you, how whould you have felt?

There is about 75 posts about this stupid "chip" from Ebay....We're all sick of seeing it.
