gas smell once the car is off

Hey everyone,

I just need some reasons on why my engine bay (near the driver side strut area and also near the TB and fuel filter) might be giving off the smell of unburned fuel.

Also, when I was taking pics of the front driver side rim/tire I'm selling, I also smelt a bit from under the wheel well too.

Some bg info on my car,

there has never been a CEL that has gone off, the seal on the reset screw of the ECU is unbroken. The car has been maintained and is in really good running condition.

any help would be appreciated! thanks.

Starting is perfect...cranks to around 2k and no probs. Never once had to pump the gas pedal or anything of the sort(knock on wood).
