It's wrong...the more tightly wound side are dead coils, and should be on the top.

Well, with nothing in the trunk before, there was 1 finger width - now there's 3.5

With a full trunk, there used to be about -1 finger width, and now there's about 1.5 finger widths.

I'll take pics tomorrow - tired now.

It still sags a little, but nothing obscene like before.

So now you know that your progressive springs DO take the load differently, right?

Yes, although facing up or down, the compression is still the same physically, so it still doesn't make sense to me. I can see how they would be softer during turns and such, but not how they would handle direct weight differently.

But somehow, I guess they turned down the laws of physics this time.
