Squeaks when braking accelerating

Ok the colder it gets the nosier my car gets, as soon as I start it sometimes it's when I use the brakes, or as soon as I put my foot on the gas, the squeaking is loud enough for it to be heard from a block away. There is no noise at higher speeds only at really low speeds.

When I got my oil change done at Nissan, they said the brakes were squeaking due to aftermarket pads, the noise is even worse now.

any suggestions??

I hate to say it but i think the dealer was actually right on this one.. since the do away of the aspestis (spelling) pads after market pads have been know to make this noise on the maxima.. a friend with a 99 GLE bought it used and it was doing this and he took it and had tehm check the breaks several times then he finaly took it and a tech that actaully new something told him about the aftermarket pads causing it.. he had new pads put on and the squeak went away... dont know if it helps... i just bought new rotors and pads from Curtesy Nissan so i hope i dont have that same problem.

if this is all a hoax by the Nissan dealers its got me worried
