Some quick questions (promise)

So I called the mechanic today, he said that it's going to take longer to install the engine (if you read my previous posts, you know what's going on). He said that since I bought a 98 engine for the 95, there needs to be some rewiring done because it's OBD2. Is that true? I was under the impression that they were IDENTICAL.
Secondly, can out flywheels be machined down? At first he said no and that I need a new one anyway, now he says he found a shop that can do it, but it's closed tomorrow so my car won't be ready until Friday
Lemme know

95 - 99 should have the same harness. I think the only difference might be with Cali Spec or 5 speed-vs-auto cars.

Anyone else ???

95 model year cars produced in 94 are OBDI, 95 model year cars produced in 95 are OBDII

What's the difference? Do I gain any advantages out of that?
