JB weld on homemade intake???

I am making an intake with the instructions at http://www.drwebdesign.com/mymaxima/upperintake.html. I saw in a previous thread that someone used JB weld to seal the drilled edges around the IAC and ERG hose connector. I have heard that JB weld is a metal epoxy, but I have never seen it. Where can you find that? at Walmart or another retail store? I also heard of someone using silicone to seal it, but I dont think that would last.
