Is it bad to use eibach springs with stock struts/shocks?

Just wondering...I have eibach springs and was wondering if it is ok to go ahead and put them on, or wait until I get the shocks to go along with them.

THanks - Chad

you can put the springs on stock shocks but it'll only make em bad faster with the increased pressure on the shock ... these performance shocks are specfically made to handle the drop ... so it's your choice, but i wouldn't recommend it

Ride is harsher than stock and a slightly more noticable than Eibachs with AGX's, however for the price, you can't beat it. There have been instances of people with weak structs that have them go bad within weeks, but before installing mine, a guy I met at a local max meet said he had his on for 40k miles with stock struts and no problems as of yet. I followed suit, and am getting close to 10k now (with eibachs .. 40k without.)

Thanks for the replies guys. Yea I'm just sick of looking like a 4x4 with my 18s on. And I'm still paying off my rims and it might be like a month before I could get shocks. Oh well.

Peace - Chad
