Advantage to mounting battery in trunk?

I know in many rear-wheel drive cars it's advantageous to mount the battery in the trunk, but not sure if necessarily a good thing for a front wheel drive car. Has anyone done this? Half the reason I want to do it is for the novelty of it,...but what about the usefulness. Thanks.

Unless your turbocharging your car, just leave it where it is.

I put mine in the back. It helps your weight distribution. Also clears out a lot of space in the engine compartment.
