Does anyone on here have these. My rims sit just inside the wheel well. I was wanting to move them out about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch. I DON'T want it to look like a roller skate, but I would like the rims and tires to be flush with the wheel well.

I have wheel spacers the rear of my 89 mazda 626

I bought them for $4 at a local manufactuer. They are only 1 cm or 10 mm thick. I mounted my 96 Maxima SE wheels and 215/60/15R tires and the inside rears were barely rubbing against the strut assembly. I put the wheel spacers to fix the problem. One area of concern is the wheel studs, you have to make sure there is enought thread clearance to tighten the lugs or you may be in trouble. As long as you don't go extreme, I think you'll be ok.

I have been thinking about these, too. You do need aftermarket bolts as well, but I think that those come with the kits.

I know the condition you describe (rear wheels). I considered using spacers, but you'll need the larger ones (30mm, I think) to make any visual difference (or equal to the fronts). With that size, they have their own studs, so you have to remove the stock ones and use bolts or something. I dunno, it just seemed more hassle than it was worth, but I expect they'd be fine if you did it right.

I also believe you'll slightly increase your understeer by doing this (front end plows at traction limit in corner vs the rear sliding out), so you may also affect handling.

CalsonicSE has H&R wheel spacers on his 97. I installed it for him, wasnt too bad, fitment is good and it comes with longer wheel studs.

Did you notice any visual difference, and how big are the H&R spacers?

i think he has the Concept 5 wheels. C5 imitations. 18x7.5. They looked good after the spacers. Before they looked kinda thin. Maybe he can post some pics later.
