I was wondering if anyone else had problem
blowing fog light bulbs? I have super white bulbs
in my max and they keep on blowing.

Make sure you are not touching the bulb with your fingers. any bulbs that has gas in it. will burn out due to the body oil.

Check to see if you have any cracks on your fog lamps. it might be that water getting in there. or you have some kind of shortage on your bulbs.

If you had been handling them properly, meaning not touching the bulb with your fingers, and they still blowing, you have to reseal the foglight housing, meaning appyling a thin layer of silicone caulking to the area where the glass meets the plastic housing. This was happening to me too and after resealing my foglight housing, I haven't blown a foglight in a year.

I also had this problem. Just one month into it, my xenon fog lights for my '97 Max blew. What wattage should I be looking for when getting Fog lights? 55W? I'm not sure if the xenons I had were higher or lower but would they blow due to the fact if they were too of a high wattage?

I think PIAA makes the best H3's.

they are piaa H3 bulbs! I am going to try to reseal
the fog lamp housing.

I was going to say the same thing! I had some junk super whites in my fogs that blew after 1 month. Now I've had PIAA's for 6 months and no problems. Another thing that I think helped to blow my cheap bulbs was that my wife drove it a few times, her car has auto shut off headlights, mine doesn't so she would turn off the car, then the lights. From my understanding, that power drain to the bulbs is not good for them.
