Just order them from Custommaxima.com for only 33$ or from Southwest autoworks for only 34$. Those are both good prices, i would not pay anything over 40 dollars for them.

question

Do either of these kits come with a replacement plastic retainer? I've read how when you remove the orange blinker a small plstic piece that sits in a hole in the bumper breaks and when you install the clear, this piece doesnt have a firm grip on the new blinker and it can fall out. a common fix is a washer and nut, but im curious.

When my car was in the dealership getting repaired they replaced my broken clear corners with a pair from APC. I wasn't even aware APC made them for our cars but they look GREAT! And fitment is perfect.

the kit from custommaxima comes with whatever you need. The fitment is a taaaad loose but nothing that will come off (ive done plenty of over 125mph runs in my car and their still on). I suggest you get the Diamond cut ones from CM's site because some of the other "clear corners" look very foggy compared to Diamond Cut ones.

eric

PS i paid 49 shipped..

I bought my diamond cut clear corners from Custommaxima.com too($33). Mine were also loose (way more than a taad), until I took my pliers and unscrewd the bolt/nipple that goes into the plastic piece that they also supply. I just slightly unsrewd it a few times and now the lenses are on tight. When I first put them in they did not want to stay on. They do look nice.

Man I waited something like 8 months for me to recieve the DC corners from CM. At first I was like ok, they look alright with blue bulbs. But after getting a fix it ticket for not having a side reflector, and one of the "snap in" fell out I said F'it. I put the stock orange ones back on with a orange clearance bulb, and the AE style clearance and it looks 100times better now.

yeah i loooved the blue look the blue lights gave it. Buut, i decided that i didnt wanna get in trouble with the po-po and get a ticket, so i just changed them to amber bulbs, not pleased, but whatever, still better than stock.
